The rightly quoted “Love is real, Real is Love” is what this Friday release is all about. The makers of Bollywood hit Band Baaja Baraat, Director Maneesh Sharma has once again done a splendid job with his new release and the most awaited “Shuddh Desi Romance.”

The title itself makes it easy for the audiences to guess what they are going to watch. But of course, no Bollywood flick goes without a twist. The energetic star casts of the movie Sushant Singh Rajput (Raghu), Parineeti Chopra (Gayatri) and the newbie Vaani Kapoor (Taara) have worn the skin of the characters giving a commendable performance.

showImage (1)Unlike the rest of the Bollywood romances, Shuddh Desi Romance does not have typical rich heroes who charm the love of their lives with fantasies. Sushant has played a rugged look where he is seen all messed up and is definitely not a smooth-talking lad. Parineeti, on the other hand known for her courage and flamboyant attitude has done equal justice to the movie.

Raghu, the tourist meets Gayatri on his way to his own wedding ceremony. And she struck the weak heart and that is where the roller coaster starts. Taara, the poor bride, is not actually feeble. Her way of taking revenge with the guy who dumped her on the most auspicious day of her life is quite tweaking. She is outrageous but slightly unrealistic. The story is fresh, gregarious and irresistibly radiant. The love in the movie is tastefully showcased and attraction is adorably packaged.

This classic by Maneesh Sharma is very raw and will connect to the audiences straight to the heart. The playful songs, charming characters and the poppy love are all that you can expect from this make. Shud Desi Romance is definitely a worth watch and we would like to tell the audiences to learn all the good things from the movie because love is delicate, play safe!!
