Born in Nasik and brought up at Mysore Raghupathy Dixit never had music on his mind, never as a career, from most of his early life. A good student, he completed his schooling and went on to pursue higher studies in microbiology at Mysore University, which also brought him a gold medal. Many may not know that he worked as a scientist with Smithkline Beecham!
After range of hit songs he recollected his memory from a song called ‘Yaadon ki Kyaari’ and it is a story of Raghu’s childhood in Nashik. Co-written with the wonderful artist Ankur Tiwari.
