It seems that Nasshikkites these days have adapted themselves to a new fitness Mantra and are becoming more health conscious, as the Mercury is dropping consistently. To stay healthy and fit, the gyms, jogging tracks and gardens are getting crowded with the people of all age groups.

The fitness culture in Nashik is gaining huge importnace and t has been noted that there is a flood of people of all ages at the Jogging tracks especially early morning. Children have captured the open grounds for activities like Cricket, football and other outdoor games. This highlights that people are more motivated to stay fit and fine these days.

The Human Body is the best work of Art and getting fit is all about mind over matter. Women are much more figure conscious, it can be depicted these days as women prefer doing Yoga exercises when they come to stroll in garden or go for jogging. Many old citizens are also observed practicing Yoga exercises at golf club grounds.

Even special sporting facilities like slides, see-saws and swings are installed for kids here.We can see Joggers on main roads also. These are those citizens who cannot go to Joggers Park. They prefer going there early in the morning during traffic congestion.
