GENERAL MOTORS WEIGHT LOSS DIET:
The following diet and health program was developed for the employees and dependents of General Motors Inc. The program was developed in conjunction with the grant from the US department of agriculture and the food drug admin. This program is designed for a largest weight loss of 5-6 kgs per week. It is also believed that this program will improve one’s attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleaning effects. The effectiveness of the 7 day plan as that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. This plan can be used as often as you like without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush the system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being.

DAY ONE | ALL FRUITS EXCEPT BANANAS.

DAY TWO | ALL VEGETABLES,

- EIGHTH DAY MORNING YOU WILL BE 5 TO 6 KGS LIGHTER THAN A WEEK AGO. IF YOU DESIRE FURTHER WEIGHT LOSS, REPEAT THIS PROGRAM AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE. TAKE REST FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE EVERY REPETITION.
- TAKE ONLY BLACK COFFEE.

HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHILE YOU ARE ON THIS DIET AND HOW AND WHY IT WORKS:
DAY ONE: You atre preparing your system for the upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh fruits. Fruits are nature’s perfect food. They provide everything you can possibly want to sustain.
DAY TWO: Starts with a fix complex carbohydrates in the form of boiled potato. This is taken in the morning to provide energy and balance.
DAY THREE: Eliminates potato because you get your carbohydrate from fruits. Your system is now ready to start burning extra pounds. You will still have cravings which should diminish by day 4.
