Bus stations in Nashik filled with passengers
Due to the summer vacations in schools and even colleges, various bus stands in the city are overcrowded with passengers going to various destinations. Long queues of passengers are seen at the ticket reservation offices. The school and work schedule do not allow many parents and their children to venture out of their homes to go to their native places or to various tourist destinations throughout the year. Summer vacations are the golden opportunity for all these people. As a result, the children eagerly wait for the summer vacations to go to these places.
The annual examinations in many schools concluded and summer vacations began in these schools last week itself. Many children had planned their vacation schedule much earlier. Though many have decided to be in the city itself to learn new skills by attending various camps – sports, art, most of them opt for tourism.
As a result, the crowd of people along with their family members is seen at Thakker Bazaar central bus stand. Many people from Marathwada, Vidarbha regions have settled in Nashik for their jobs, businesses. All of them will travel to their native places during the vacations and crowd of these people can be witnessed at the stand. Long queues in front of reservation office and most people who travel along with their family members prefer to reserve their seats earlier to avoid inconvenience due to large crowd of passengers in buses. As a result, long queues of passengers can be seen in front of the reservation office in the premises of Thakker Bazaar stand.
