A calligraphy workshop by renowned calligrapher Nandu Gawande is being jointly held by Yashwantrao Chavan Prathisthan (YCP) Mumbai, Divisional Centre Nashik, Vishwas Co-operative Bank Limited, Vishwas Dnyanprabodhini and Research Institute, Vishwas Community Radio 90.8 FM and Vishwas Lawns recently from April 24 to 27. The journey of handwriting passes through feelings and heart. Handwriting reflects our emotions and feelings of our mind. Good thoughts develop through positive consciousness. Likewise, good handwriting is the mirror image of our heart. Every alphabet has its own design, curves and behaviour. This individuality gives rise to a picturesque letter.
The origin and design of letters through live presentationwas explained on the first day. In the workshop, guidance will be provided on various aspects of handwriting like lines/design exercise, grammatically clean writing tips, notation, vocabulary, sentence formation, strokes along with information on music and letters, pictures and letters.
