It seems China is interested for investment in Nashik as expressing interest to explore industrial scenario of Nashik, a Chinese delegation visited Nashik Industries and Manufacturers Association (NIMA) on Thursday 20th February 2014.
For studying the potential growth of the industrial sector here, the Council General of People’s Republic of China arrived on a tour to Nashik. The delegation comprising Dr U Yoefa, Kong Live and Kong Lee visited NIMA House and discussed issues like availability of land, water and electricity for industrial units.
After the discussion, the delegation expressed satisfaction about the available infrastructure for industries here and was positive about China investing in Nashik in the future.
The delegation also informed that soon a technical delegation from China would visit Nashik. NIMA office-bearers briefed the delegation about the present situation of the industrial sector in the district. Office-bearers of various organisation came in discussion with the Chinese delegation.
