The Gateway Hotel, Ambad, Nashik, has organised ‘Maharashtrian Food Festival’ from Friday 14 March to Sunday 23 March 2014, in order to bring the food culture of Marathwada, Kolhapur, Konkan, Vidarbha and Central Maharashtra under a single roof for its customers. Featuring the ‘Assal Marhati’ taste breakers and appetizers like Kolhapuri Kombdi, Pandhra Rassa, Khandeshi Mutton, Savjee Chicken, Nagpuri Batata Bhaat, the Gateway Hotel has presented 50 to 55 different delicious dishes from across the Maharashtra in this fest. As it’s all about the Maharashtrian food, the hotel management has specially invited Maharashtrian Chef Prabhu Ratnakar to host the event. Apart from this, customers can enjoy the concept of ‘Lunch & Dinner (Veg & Non-veg) with Wine’ introduced in this fest. Customers can find a complete Marathi ambience in the premises amidst Marathi folk music and waiters dressed in typical Maharashtrian attire of Dhoti-Kurta-Topi. General Manager Paramveer Singh, Sales Manager Varun Grover and Nabendu have appealed to the customers to take benefit of the festival in large numbers.
