Samraat Group, a leading real estate conglomerate from the city, has launched its new project Samraat Nucleus at Mumbai Naka on the auspicious occasion of Gudhi Padwa. This commercial and residential project was inaugurated by Shobha Gupta, former president of Maharashtra and Goa Bar Council Adv Jayant Jaybhave and Pandharinath Ner whereas the booking office of the project was inaugurated by Sanjay Patil along with his wife.
Dignitaries like former president of The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Nashik Kiran Chavan, former president Avinash Shirode, secretary Sunil Kotwal, newly-appointed president Jayesh Thakker and director of Universal Equipments Avinash Awhad were present at the programme.
“Nucleus means centre of the world as well as the centre of an atom. Thus, they decided to name this project Nucleus because Mumbai Naka is the centre of Nashik city. They like to cherish relationships and therefore wanted to establish something that will save people’s time of commuting and transit and instead they can spend quality time with loved ones.
The project has already received a five-star rating from Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (CRISIL) and a gold certificate from Green Building Council.
