There is a buzz in Nashik city with vacation batches of coaching classes. The business of such classes is in full swing as students from remote areas, who can’t attend regular batches, have crowded the city. Students from outskirts tend to join a new course or a special skill batches during their free period as they can come to Nashik during their regular academic activities.
Reputed coaching classes in the city have organised many vacation batches for courses like pre-JEE training to coaching for Std 10, 12 . Once the Std 9 examinations are over students enroll in preparatory courses for Std 10.
After Std 11 term-end students join the JEE training courses. Such courses are readily available in Nashik and students tend to spend their vacation here in search of best education.
There is an independent trend of summer vacation batches as they differ from regular batches. Their course structure is designed in a way to fit maximum academic curriculum in less time. Usually the daily time span for such courses is also more than regular batches. A separate admission process is carried out for the same. Cost of JEE preparatory course ranges between Rs 5000 to 25000. Students from rural areas of Nashik district, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahmadnagar, Nandurbar and Aurangabad have joined the vacation batches, informed directors of coaching classes. Business in full swing even in the vacation period
Students who have arrived from other places can be seen in search of place to live and a good mess. Students who usually reside in hostel have gone to their homes therefore such hostels are available for students who have come to city just to attend vacation batches. At some coaching classes, the residential facility is made available by the classes only. The business of hostels and mess is in full swing even in the vacation period.
